Alexandra Tolbert joined the Randle Law Office in 2025 after serving the City of Houston as an Assistant City Attorney for four years, where she advised city departments on issues including land use, common nuisance abatement, certification for purposes of Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission licensure, abatement of dangerous buildings and associated liens, legislative analysis, and construction code modernization. Alexandra has also represented the City of Houston in litigation of a variety of matters including deed restriction enforcement and common nuisance suits.

Alexandra graduated from Marymount Manhattan University in 2009 with degrees in English and Art History and graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2014. In her free time, Alexandra enjoys cooking, camping, an ever-growing variety of artistic pursuits, and taking walks in her neighborhood and throughout Houston’s historic Montrose.
