Scott Francis
Scott joined the Randle Law Office in 2023. He brings his expertise in intellectual property (including copyright, DMCA trademark, cybersquatting, and information privacy), DTPA/consumer law, contract review and formation, and personal injury law. Scott is an experienced litigator, practicing on both the state and federal level for nearly a decade. After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas in Austin, Scott earned his JD at Baylor Law School and was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in 2013. He lives in Houston with his wife Rachel and daughters Charlie and Georgia. When not focused on the law, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cooking, and playing golf.
